
SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Client Responsibility Acknowledgement
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is designed to outline what you can expect from me as your coach and what I expect from you as a client. It also reinforces the importance of personal responsibility, open communication, and collaboration throughout our work together.
By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and Liability Waiver of Human Health Recalibrated.
Communication & Feedback
- The primary method of communication is via the CoachRx app. You may also contact me via email at bryn@humanhealthrecalibrated.com.
- I check messages daily and aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
- For questions or video feedback requests, I will do my best to respond within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
- Please be patient during periods of planned holiday, which will be communicated in advance.
Logging Results
- You are responsible for logging all training and lifestyle activity in CoachRx to ensure your programme is accurate and effective.
- For physical training sessions: Log details such as weights, reps, sets, times, rounds, or distances.
- For lifestyle actions: Please complete each prescribed task and note anything that might affect your performance or experience.
- Regular check-ins will provide space for deeper feedback, but you are encouraged to reach out in between if needed.
Appointments: Calls / Consults / Assessments
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled session or call, it may be considered a no-show.
- To avoid being marked as a no-show, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your Calendly confirmation email.
- Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to scheduling or termination of coaching services.
What You Can Expect From Me as Your Coach
- I will provide guidance and support in a respectful, non-judgmental environment.
- You are encouraged to be open and honest—transparency leads to better outcomes.
- I will monitor your progress consistently, though I may not respond to every action unless further clarification or encouragement is needed.

Scheduled check-in calls
You have unlimited messaging access, so please use this to ask questions or update me on your progress.
If you feel you require additional time, calls, or adjustments to the programme, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Scope of Practice: Fitness, Nutrition, Recovery, Stress
If I believe an issue is outside my professional scope, I will refer you to an appropriate licensed specialist (e.g., a GP, psychologist, or dietitian).
I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Any coaching or programming is based on education and best practice within the limits of my qualifications.
Acknowledgement of Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
- By participating in this programme, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing.
- You confirm you have consulted a medical professional if required and are fit to participate in this programme.
- You agree that Human Health Recalibrated and its coaches will not be held liable for any injuries, conditions, or losses sustained during the course of your participation, except where required by law.
